Rare Cased and Deluxe Engraved Jacob Rupertus Empire Spur Trigger Revolver in .38
Rimfire Caliber
Serial no. 21986, .38 rimfire caliber, 5-shots, 2 1/2-inch round barrel with maker and
address on top and EMPIRE on topstrap; scroll and border engraved, including some stamped
motifs; mother-of-pearl grips. Varnished mahogany case, lined in blue velvet, with
cartridge block and obsolete cartridges.
Condition: Excellent. 95% nickel; grips with fading color; cylinder
does not lock exactly in alignment; light nicks on breech of cylinder. Excellent case with
light wear, patina.
