Frank Wesson Medium Frame Single-Shot Pistol
Serial no. 237, .32 rimfire caliber, 4 1/4-inch part round part octagonal barrel with
maker, address and 1859, 1862 patent dates marking on top; blued, with steel frame;
varnished rosewood grips.
Condition: Very good to fine. 20% blue, balance flaking to brown and
gray; light pitting and patina; grips fine with light wear, 95% varnish on grips with tiny
chipping, crack and nicks on right panel at butt.
