Pair of Colt Model 1851 Navy Percussion Revolvers
Serial nos 172421 & 170583, .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrels with New York
addresses. One example with cylinder marked: P/GG. Brass triggerguard assemblies.
Varnished walnut grips. Both contained in associated custom partitioned case fashioned
from a cutlery or flatware case, together with an unmarked eagle pattern flask.
Condition: Both are good, showing grey patina and scattered light
pitting. Grips are very good with minor wear and blemishes. Actions are both good. Case
with scuffs and soiling to interior.
