Excellent Boxed Colt Single Action Army Revolver
Serial no. 354562, .44-40 Special caliber, 7 1/2-inch barrel with standard Hartford
single line address marking; two-line three-patent date marking on left side of frame with
rampant colt logo; blued finish with case-hardened frame and hammer; checkered hard rubber
rampant colt grips. Factory pasteboard box with matching number written on bottom and
label at end; with interior Colt labels. Sold with a Colt factory letter showing gun was
shipped to John Cox & Sons, Morehouse and Wells Co., Decatur, Illinois, August 4,
1931.
Condition: Excellent. 98% blue and 95% case-hardening; grips
excellent; light tracking lines on cylinder. Box very good to fine, light wear and marks.
