.58 caliber, 32 5/8-inch barrel with vacant rear sight and two barrel bands. Lock
marked: U.S./Colt's Pt. F.A. Mfg. Co./Hartford, Ct. Standard walnut stock with sling
mounts. Steel ramrod. Sling mounts.
Condition: Fair to good. Metal with grey age patina and scattered
light to moderate pitting. Wood with chips near tang and butt; scattered dents and bruises
overall.
