Cased Arrieta Double Barrel Side-by-Side Full Sidelock Shotgun, with Two Sets of
Barrels
Serial no. 34483, 20 gauge barrels measuring 27-inches and with improved cylinder and
modified chokes. The 27-inch 12 gauge barrels with improved and modified chokes. Double
triggers; automatic ejectors; automatic safety; quick detachable Holland & Holland
style locks. Gray finish breech, triggerguard and forend mounts, with scroll engraving in
the style of the Holland & Holland Royal. Gold inlaid fleur-de-lis motif on
triggerguard. Gold inlay of 1 on breech of 12 gauge barrel top rib, and gold inlay of 2 on
breech of 20 gauge. Rib on right side of triggerguard; front trigger with spring to allow
forward movement on recoil. Varnished and checkered straight select walnut stocks with
checkered butt; splinter forend with button release; oval silver escutcheon on bottom of
butt, engraved with JMA monogram.
Leatherette case with green felt lining, with Arrieta label in lid; cleaning rod set, oil
bottle, snapcaps.
Condition: Fine to excellent condition, with little signs of use.
Minor patina on bottom of frame and on triggerguard; minor marks on stock.
