Serial number ESH0363, .45-70 caliber; 26-inch octagonal barrel; one of 1000 made;
blued finish with gold-inlaid engraving on the receiver sides, lever, and hammer; left
receiver features a bear and moose motif while the right receiver features a bear and
buffalo motif; checkered select walnut stock and fore-end; brass bead front and buck horn
rear sights; blued steel butt stock; packed in styrofoam inserted red Winchester box;
includes manual.
Condition: Very good to excellent; retains 90 - 95% original finish;
bluing shows only handling and storage wear; stock and fore-end show minor handling and
storage wear, no dents or nicks; box is very good with no tears and minor scuffs
throughout; solid edges and flaps.
