WATERS CONVERSION MARTIAL PISTOL. Cal. 56. NSN. 8-1/2” rnd bbl. This has been converted to percussion using a non-standard drum and nipple screwed into orig flash hole. Markings have been partially removed in conversion. Cartouches on left side of stock are visible and mostly readable. CONDTION: Metal has been cleaned with light pitting, moderate around the nipple, remaining. Wood has been lightly cleaned with a repaired crack at rear of lockplate.
