"MODEL 1895 RUSSIAN CONTRACT MUSKET. SN 161085. Cal. 7.62. 28" rnd bbl. Pedestal w/ pinned front sight. Musket style rear sight. Fluted full length fore end and hand guard. Mounted w/ straight grain uncheckered walnut w/ straight grip stock carbine style butt plate w/ trap door. Receiver has clip guides attached. Also accompanying this fine musket is an orig. 16" bayonet. CONDITION: Extremely fine. This musket appears to have never been issued, and in 99% condition. It would rate as one of the finest to be found, and a great addition to any collection. The Winchester marked bayonet and scabbard are also in excellent condition. 4-31791 BDT31 (7,000-10,000)"
