Rare WWII OSS Espionage Model 2 "Stinger" Pen Gun by Rite-Rite Mfg. Co., c.
1943
.22 caliber, 2-inch barrel with trigger designed as a pen clip. Designed as an
emergency weapon easily concealed in a pocket. Copper screw-on breech with single-round
capacity. Olive drab finish. Length overall: 3 1/4-inches. Sold together with copy of an
early magazine article discussing the history and details of the development of this
unique weapon.
Condition: Very good. Minor losses to finish and age patina present.
Breech manufactured to not open, designed to operate one time as a suicide weapon.
