Antique Fighting Knife Marked: Leech & Rigdon, Memphis
7 3/4-inch spearpoint blade of diamond section, the ricasso marked: Leech &
Rigdon/Memphis. Reverse: 25. Brass crossguard and pommel. Ribbed wooden grip with brass
wire wrap. No scabbard.
Condition: Good. Blade showing heavy wear and pitting with evidence
of sharpening present. Brass with light age patina. Grip with brass wire re-wrap. No
scabbard. No provenance provided on connection to Confederate gun maker.
