Rare Model 1A Sharps Pepperbox Pistol in Pasteboard Box
Serial no. 25289, .22 rimfire caliber, 2 1/2-inch barrel cluster, circular markings on
each side of frame; blued finish with silver-plated frame; gutta percha scroll grips.
Pasteboard box with Directions for Use of Sharps' Patent Repeater label in lid. Pencil and
ink numbers on bottom of box.
Condition: Excellent. 95% blue, light wear on right side of barrel
cluster; 98% silver; markings sharp; grips excellent. Box with stains and foxing on
interior.
Note: Rarely observed boxed set.
