"Southerner" Derringer by Brown Manufacturing Co.
Serial no. 903, .41 rimfire, 2 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with SOUTHERNER on top of
barrel, maker, address and patent marking on left side; blued, with silver-plated brass
frame, case-hardened hammer and trigger. Varnished rosewood grips.
Condition: Excellent with 99% blue on barrel 100 silver on frame and
98% varnish on grips. Minor wear and patina.
