Rare Colt Custom Shop Texas Gun Collectors Association Cased Factory Engraved Colt
Commemorative Single Action Revolver, Number 14 of 30
Serial no. SA73014, .45 caliber, 7 1/2-inch barrel with gold banding at muzzle and
breech. Scroll-engraved. Engraved screws. Circular ejector rod button. Gold banding at
back of cylinder. Blued finish, Case-hardened hammer and frame. Factory relief-carved
steerhead and star ivory grips. Butt inscribed: "14 of 30". Contained in keyed
brown suede-lined oak display case together with commemorative brass plaque with legend
reading: Presented to the Texas Gun Collectors Association. Top of case with embossed
steerhead and star. Case contained in original brown shipping carton.
Condition: Mint. Retaining 100% finish and appearing as new with no
wear in evidence. Case near mint. Box with scuffs.
