Fine Boxed British Bull Dog Double Action Revolver with Ivory Grips
No visible serial no., .44 caliber centerfire, 5-shot cylinder, 2 1/2-inch round barrel
with flat top; THE PACIFIC/BULL DOG engraved on topstrap; nickel-plated, with blued
screws; cylinder pin doubles as fold-out ejector rod. Ivory grips. Pasteboard box with
elaborately embellished and marked lid; also at one end of lid and of bottom, including
NICKEL. With metal cleaning brush. Proofmarks on barrel and frame. H.C. stamped on left
side of frame; 2 on cylinder periphery by each stop slot. U and S on breech end of
cylinder.
Condition: Excellent. 95% nickel, fading, light storage marks; grips
with mellow color; box with light wear.
