12 Gauge Pieper Hammer Double Barrel Shotgun
Serial no. 36333. 12 gauge. 29 1/8 inch demi-block barrels. Back-action locks engraved
with foliate scroll and game scenes. Greener style cross-bolt. Checkered straight
grip-stock of pistol-grip stock of straight-grained walnut. Checkered splinter pull-off
fore-end.
Brown canvas covered trunk case with orange baize interior.
Condition: Very good, showing heavy use. Barrels shows 60-70% bluing
with numerous small dents. Right bore show considerable light pitting with areas of heavy
pitting. Left bore is bright with a few marks. Action/barrels show looseness. Replacement
right hammer. Wood shows wear. Case in good condition.
