Serial no. 429561. 12 gauge. 32 inch barrels. Matted concave rib.
Case-hardened NID boxlock action engraved with bold floral designs and game scenes: right
side: woodcock in oval, and left side: pheasant in oval. Ejectors. Cocking indicators.
Non-automatic safety. Gold- plated triggers. Checkered half-pistol grip stock of figured
walnut. Checkered panels at head. Vacant gold shield. Silvers-type recoil pad. Beavertail
fore-end. Ornate checkering with banding, fleur-de-lis, and scalloped borders.
Condition: Excellent, as partially redone. Barrels show 98% reblued
finish. Bright bores. Action shows 70-80% case colors. Action/barrels show slight
looseness. Refinished wood shows handling marks. Stock finish shows uniform very light
sanding marks.
