Rare Nickel-Plated Remington Rolling Block Light Baby Saddle Ring Carbine
Unserialized. .44-40 caliber, 20-inch barrel with standard sights. Nickel-plated
finish. Rolling block action. Saddle ring and bar. Walnut stocks. Carbine butt. Buttplate
stamped #5.
Condition: Excellent to mint. Retaining approximately 85-90% finish
with wear to relief edges and buttplate. Some dulling to nickel. Wood excellent with a few
minor marks.
Note: Manufactured in 1890s. [see Flayderman 5E095].
