**Cased Winchester Model 94 "Matched Set of One Thousand" Commemorative
Lever Action Rifle Ensemble
Serial no. MC185, .30-30 caliber, 24-inch blued round barrel with Express front sight
and buckhorn rear sight. Side of barrel with inlaid legend: "Matched Set of One
Thousand". Satin gold-plated fore-end cap, frame and lever. Sides of frame with
photo-etched woodland game scenes. Checkered deluxe walnut stocks with blued buttplate. 2)
Winchester Model 9422 Lever Action Carbine. Serial no. MR185, .22 magnum caliber, 20-inch
blued barrel with standard sights. Barrel with gold-inlaid legend: "Matched Set of
One Thousand". Satin gold-plated fore-end cap, frame and lever. Photo-etched game
scenes on sides of frame. Blued buttplate. Checkered deluxe walnut stocks. Both guns
contained in red velour-lined walnut casing. Sold with original factory literature and
documents.
Condition: Both are excellent to mint. Case excellent with light
surface wear.
