*Winchester Model 1894 Rifle with Browning Bros. Co stamp
Serial number 348938; .30-30 Winchester caliber; 26" barrel; standard markings
with exception of a barrel stamp that states, "Browning Bros. Co. Ogden U.";
full magazine tube; blue finish; walnut stock; rear sight dovetail is filled in, tang
mounted Marble's automatic flexible joint rear sight in place, front sight is a
replacement blade with gold colored top; steel crescent buttplate.
Condition: Fair; retains 50 - 60% original finish; heavy wear to
lower portion of the receiver, scratches to magazine tube and underside of barrel,
corrosion marks surrounding breach area and sides of receiver, barrel band, and on barrel
near muzzle; finish wear to fore-end cap and to muzzle; lever and hammer retain fair case
colors, butt plate has very faint case colors; cartridge insertion port retains some fire
blue with scattered corrosion spots; tang sight has spots of corrosion; stock and forend
are fair with various dings and scratches; good bore.
