Raised tapered concave game rib with sgl ivory bead and 3rd bite extension, ejectors and dbl triggers. Coin-finished scalloped boxlock action with side clips and cocking indicators is engraved fully with flower bouquets encased in tight English scroll work. Deeply incised fences are of an oak leaf motif. Bbl breeches are lightly engraved as are forend iron and all screws. Horn trigger bow and gripcap. Mounted in rich highly-figured Turkish walnut with beavertail forend and capped pistol grip stock with pancake style cheekpiece. Beautiful fine line checkering with Fleur de lis patterns and ebony inlaid forend. 14-3/8" over a leather covered recoil pad. Drop at heel: 2-1/2". Drop at comb: 1-1/4". Bore diameter: left - .670" right - .672". Choke restriction: left - .010" right - .006". Wall thickness: left - .027" right - .019". Weight: 6 lbs 1 oz. Silver stock oval is engraved with the initials "ADL". Great handling qualities. CONDITION: Very fine plus.
