back-action locks.
Action and locks elaborately engraved waterfowl: ducks, geese, heron and an eagle with a
swan in its talons. Crystal cocking indicators. Extractors. Automatic safety. Finely
checkered half-pistol grip stock of highly figured walnut. Vacant gold shield. Horn
buttplate. Finely checkered splinter fore-end with push-button fore-end.
Condition: Very Good, as partially redone. Barrels show 80 - 90% of
browning. Action barrels show looseness. Bright bores. Action, locks and furniture show
silver patina. Screws show marring. Stock cracked at the grip. Stock shows handling marks
and a few scratches on an older recoat. Fore-end shows significant losses on edges.
