"DWM MODEL 1900 AMERICAN EAGLE LUGER. SN 19270. Cal. 30 Luger. Blue finish with 4-3/4" tapered rnd bbl, dovetail front sight and fixed rear sight on toggle. It has the spread winged American eagle over chamber area with "DWM" on toggle link. It has full checkered matching numbered walnut grips and is accompanied by an unnumbered bright metal orig wood base magazine with a small flaming bomb proof on rear bottom. It has "GERMANY" beneath the serial number on the frame and what appears to be a social security number electric pencil etched on front strap. CONDITION: Very good, all matching except the magazine which is properly unnumbered. Overall retains 88-90% orig blue turned slighly dull and thinning on bbl with a plum brown front strap and back strap with edge & high point wear. Grips are sound showing moderate to heavy wear with a few dings & chipped diamonds. Magazine has scattered light discoloration with a solid base. Mechanics are fine, worn dark bore. Retains thin faded straw colors on trigger, magazine latch & ejector with extractor & lockbolt a gray metal color. 4-32218 JR238 (2,000-3,000)"
