Lot of Two U.S. Army Edged Weapons
Comprising: 1) WWII USMC Medical Corpsman's Knife with original leather scabbard.
Standard pattern knife with blade marked: U.S.M.C. Brown leather scabbard marked:
U.S./Boyt/42. 2) U.S. Model 1904 Hospital Corps Knife with original scabbard. Standard
pattern knife with blade marked: S.A./[flaming bomb]/1912. Reverse:US/26975. Contained in
original scabbard marked: L.S./Rock Island/Arsenal/1912/H.E.K.
Condition: 1) Very good to excellent. Blade with light wear and
scattered fine pitting. Grip with crack repair in wood scales. Scabbard with light wear
and patina. 2) Excellent. Blade with light overall wear. Grip with minor wear and marks.
Scabbard excellent with scattered wear and age patina.
