Serial no. 2970, .28 caliber percussion, 6-shot cylinder, 3-inch octagonal barrel;
blued, with case-hardened hammer and loading lever; steel frame; varnished walnut grips.
Pasteboard box with green illustrated label inside lid with penciled illegible name.
Single cavity steel mold and shell embossed powder flask.
Condition: Fine to excellent. 70% blue on barrel and cylinder, fading
brown; tracking lines on cylinder; brown patina to frame; 60% case-hardening, fading.
Grips fine. Box fine with light wear, minor separation at lid end; complete with
accessories.
