Scarce Frank Wesson Large Frame Superposed Derringer, with Sliding Dagger in Center
Barrel Aperture, from the U.S. Cartridge Co. Collection
Serial no. 139, .41 rimfire caliber, 3-inch barrel cluster; sliding dagger in center;
maker, address and patent date markings in single line on left side of each barrel; blued,
with silver-plated brass frame; varnished rosewood grips.
Condition: Excellent. 85% blue, fading and patina; 35% silver,
tarnished; grips excellent with light storage marks.
Note: U.S. Cartridge Co. marking 2011 stamped on right grip panel.
