Fine and Scarce Cased T.K. Baker of London Single Action Percussion Revolver
Serial number 1625, .40 caliber percussion, 6-shots, 5 1/2-in octagonal barrel, scroll
and border engraved breech, triggerguard and buttcap; and right side of frame stamped with
maker name, and London; hammer with light engraving, BAKER'S PATENT marking; British
proofmarks; blued, with case-hardened hammer, and finely checkered walnut grips. Oak case
with green felt lining; handsome illustrated Baker's patent address label inside lid;
accessories of bullet mold, powder flask, wrench, cap tin with rare Baker's Pt. repeating
belt pistols marking, pewter oil bottle, cleaning rod.
Condition: Fine. 90% blue; light wear; bright case-hardening on
hammer; grips fine, minor marks. Case fine with light wear on exterior, and minor wear and
stains on interior; accessories very good to fine.
