Winchester Third Model 1873 Lever Action Rifle With Factory Letter
Serial no. 241074B, .38 caliber, 24-inch octagonal barrel with standard dovetailed
front sight and sporting rear elevation sight. Walnut stocks. Crescent butt with cleaning
rod reservoir. Sold together with Winchester factory letter.
Condition: Good. Metal showing grey-brown age patina and scattered
light pitting, mainly on magazine. Frame with a few fine scratches. Wood good, showing
wear and light marks. Mechanically sound.
