"COLT MODEL 1911 SEMI-AUTO MILITARY PISTOL. SN 387655. Cal. 45 ACP. Fine Turnbull restored 1911 with 5" bbl, that has "P" & "H" inspector marks parallel with the bore. Slide has usual markings with last patent date "1913" and Army markings on right side. Frame has "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" on left front edge with the Springfield eagle / "S12" inspector mark above magazine release. Fitted with diamond checkered walnut grips and an orig 2-tone magazine. It has long hammer spur & short grip safety spur with straight mainspring housing & lanyard loop in bottom. CONDITION: Very fine. Outstanding professional restoration that nearly duplicates factory brush finish of the "1918" style. Overall retains about 99% of this fine restoration. Grips show light diamond point wear on left side, heavier on right side. Mechanics are crisp, bright shiny bore. 4-35890 JR386 (1,750-2,250)"
