Rare U.S. Martially Marked A.H. Waters & Co. All Metal Percussion Pistol, with Low
Serial Number
Serial no. 12 or 21, .56 caliber smoothbore, 8-inch round barrel marked "A.H.
WATERS & C ./ . . MASS" on right of breech; top left of breech with eagle head
motif over US/P; light scroll engraving on left flat of barrel breech; leaf motif on
hammer and on frame at breech. Walnut grips.
Condition: Very good. Gray patina, with pitting; grips with nicks,
mars and chipping.
